I started using an electric toothbrush this year after my dentist repeatedly asked me to try it, and I think it really did make my teeth cleaner and my dentist visits less painful. If your dentist asks you to try it, try it! 😬 I didn’t use one for a while because I thought the vibrations would reduce the amount of time I could draw, but my dentist countered that electric brushes are especially good for elderly people with low dexterity and arthritis, so they’re actually less hard on your wrists than manual brushing… and that was what tipped the scale for me.
